Due to strong global growth, we're opening the doors for a new Sales Development Representative to join the crew. Our new-hires will be some of the founding members of this critical team.

The Sales Development Representative role will prepare you for a highly rewarding software sales career. This position will give you the experience required in developing and building your sales skills while building your product knowledge and contributing to the company’s growth. The skills acquired in the SDR role are critical for your success as you transition into the Account Executive role.
Candidates not comfortable with prospecting both warm and cold leads, need not apply.
IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:
- Conduct prospecting to qualify inbound leads using all manner of communication channels
- Research prospective customers, create outreach strategies, and identify sales opportunities.
- Connect and conduct exploratory conversations with potential customers.
- Conduct needs qualification calls with specific prospects
- Work closely and collaboratively with Account Executives to develop and implement appropriate prospecting strategies.
- Become a Contract and Vendor Management expert. You'll learn how a variety of businesses manage key contract management and vendor management functions, what challenges they face on a daily basis, and how technology can dramatically improve their businesses and employees' lives.
This is a Lead Generation and Development Role with an expedited path to becoming an Account Executive.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR HIGH ENERGY SALES DEVELOPMENT REPS WITH:
- A track record of high achievement
- 1-3 years of sales experience
- Coachable and willing to adopt a sales methodology and process
- Previous successful sales experience OR a strong desire to begin a sales career
- The desire to meet and exceed measurable performance goals
- Excellent written and verbal communication skill
- Naturally curious and passionate
- The technical aptitude to master our product and sales process
- A developed competitive nature and consistent personal energy to be driven
- The ability to deal with and thrive on objections and rejection on a daily basis.
- Motivation to move into an Account Executive role within 12 months.
